Overview
Tic Tac, the Ferrero Group confectionery brand, wanted to engage young millennials by amplifying its core proposition of gentle refreshment through an equity-led promo, that would drive social media engagement, integrate the brand into consumers’ lifestyles, and introduce a sentiment of positivity in the digital world. Our solution was based on creating a platform where consumers could create and send “Gentle Messages” to each other via any of their favourite social media platforms, sharing kindness digitally and instantly using Tic Tac’s iconic pill shapes. In doing so participants could also win an array of different branded merchandise and rewards.


Impact
By tapping into existing digital behaviours and allowing participants to create their own personalised messages, instantly and easily through their favourite social media channels, we quickly engaged and gained a big digital following. Driving sales and exponentially over achieving in terms of take up and participation.
