Overview

Hewlett Packard is recognized as a leader in environmental sustainability and social impact; therefore, it was important to the brand to communicate their commitment to both the planet and the community.

To highlight this commitment on their range of ink cartridges, we devised a campaign that drove the conversation creatively amongst families and more importantly their children. Initiating the conversation by asking them to submit collages of what sustainability and social impact means to them for a chance to win a trip to visit the Kennedy Space Centre in the US.

Impact

Given that this was a competition, the volume of entries was extremely high compared with average industry participation rates. The impact was clearly driven by the importance that consumers place on sustainability, social impact and their desire to move the conversation forward with the next generation in an expressive fashion.
